| General Description: Stecoah Valley Arts, Crafts & Educational Center, non-profit corporation, was formed by a group of local citizens after the closing of Stecoah School in 1994. Its mission is to serve the people of Stecoah and Graham County through programs and services to the community including a Library, Family Resource Center, After-School Program, Summer Youth Program, Gymnasium, the Junior Appalachian Musicians Program (Jam) and the Appalachia Arts Program, and others.
